Wade brings over three decades of experience in educational leadership and a deep-rooted passion of helping others to his role as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BetterU Solutions. Wade’s deeply held belief that everyone wants to be better in what they do has driven him to serve others in their personal and professional development.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Wade is licensed to offer services grounded in John Maxwell’s renowned leadership principles and brings more than a decade of strategic planning experience to BetterU Solutions.

Cindy brings a wealth of leadership experiences and unwavering dedication to her role as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at BetterU Solutions. With a career trajectory spanning from the banking industry to education and non-profit leadership, Cindy's journey exemplifies adaptability and a relentless pursuit of helping others thrive. Drawing from her extensive background, Cindy's workshops and coaching offer invaluable insights and actionable strategies aimed at facilitating personal and professional growth, inspiring positive change, and fostering meaningful connections.

Sherri Broderius
Sherri Broderius brings decades of educational leadership experience to her work with school districts and leaders. During her career, she served 25 years as a high school principal and as superintendent of two rural districts. As a superintendent, Sherri led her district to recognition as a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School, oversaw construction of a $40 million future-focused school, and pioneered Minnesota’s 4-Day School Week.
Today, Sherri mentors first-year superintendents, providing guidance in board relations, crisis management and strategic leadership. She also works with districts exploring the four-day school week. Her experience and practical perspective help educational leaders navigate challenges, explore innovative opportunities, and create environments where students can learn and succeed.

Scott Bergman
Scott brings a passion for leadership and a practical approach to his work with BetterU. He spent 33 years at Sauk Centre as a math teacher, activities director and head girls basketball coach, giving him firsthand experience developing and leading students both in and out of the classroom.
A lifelong learner, Scott believes becoming a better leader starts with becoming a better version of yourself. His approach draws on the leadership principles of John Maxwell, John Wooden and Tony Dungy, as well as lessons from his own successful coaching career. Today, he works with student leaders and coaches, providing practical tools and strategies they can put to use right away.
