Participants begin with a brief online assessment that identifies their areas of Working Genius, Competency and Frustration. While these insights can be valuable individually, Working Genius becomes especially powerful when understood and applied across an entire team.
As a certified Working Genius Facilitator, Cindy has been trained and resourced by The Table Group to help teams understand the model and put it into practice.

Working Genius workshops can be held in person, which is preferred, or online via Zoom. Cindy guides teams through the fundamentals of the model, helps participants process their individual assessments, creates a Team Map and facilitates conversations about what the results mean for the way the team works together.
Rather than simply learning everyone's results, the goal is to understand how those results can be applied to everyday work.

It gives individuals, leaders and teams a simple way to recognize and leverage one another's strengths while creating greater productivity and fulfillment at work.
The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity, focusing less on who you are and more on how you naturally approach and contribute to work.
